Wearer chest is measured on the body, around the fullest point. Garment width is the shirt laid flat, armpit to armpit. Supplier tolerance up to 2 inches.
Field method: take a shirt that already fits, lay it flat, measure armpit to armpit, match it to Garment width. More reliable than guessing off a size letter.
COLOURWAYS
Colour names on this store are the actual garment names - Khaki, Ivory, Graphite, Black. No invented names. If it says Khaki, the shirt that arrives is Khaki.
Garment-dyed finish means small variation between units is expected. That is the process, not a defect.
OPERATIONS
LEAD TIME
Printed on order. 2 to 7 business days production, plus transit. No warehouse, no dead stock.
CARE
Inside out. Cold wash. Tumble dry low. Do not iron the print directly. Heat is the only real threat to the graphic.
SHRINKAGE
Minor on first wash - standard for heavyweight garment-dyed cotton. Cold and low heat keeps it contained.
FAULT REPORTING
Wrong item, damaged item, or a print that is not what the listing showed: send the order number and a photo. That is on us and it gets replaced. Made-to-order means we cannot restock a return, but we will not leave a unit unfit for service.
